Training

Finally, after many months of trying to get myself to train regularly I have actually pulled trough. Even though I've only just begun, for a month or two, and becoming more serious, I've already seen changes. I am not talking about dropping so and so many kilos, but in my mentality and psyche.

Since I also move around a lot and lift a lot of weight on my job, there is really a big change during the last year. Tremendous in fact. I just wanted to share this, after finiching doing crunches and press ups, in the late hour non-the less.
